Learn Cadence for smooth pedaling – Pedal Easy / Pedal Hard

We will introduce cadence and teach you different levels of RPM. Starting with cadence in the 50 – 60 rpm range your pedal stroke and moving smoothly at an easier resistance and increasing your cadence until you’re comfortable pedaling out of the saddle in the 90 rpm range. High cadence (100 rpm and higher) cycling is good for developing a nice pedal stroke and improving the strength of your aerobic engine. Low cadence (50-60 rpm) cycling is great for developing muscular endurance and cycling-specific power. Learning cadence will make you an even better cyclist.
